Rules of Court
(1)
Rules of Court may be made —
(a)
to regulate and prescribe the procedure and practice to be followed in respect of proceedings under sections 232, 234 and 236; and
(b)
to provide for costs and fees of such proceedings, and for regulating any matter relating to the costs of such proceedings.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), Rules of Court may, in relation to proceedings under section 236 —
(a)
provide for the advertisement of a notice for the filing and proof of claims under that section;
(b)
prescribe the procedure for the filing, proof and hearing of those claims; and
(c)
provide for the payment of the costs and fees of an action that has been stayed under section 235(2).
