Revocation of exemption
(1)
Where the Authority considers that the person is contravening, or is likely to contravene, or has contravened any condition or restriction imposed under section 273(4), or it is necessary in the public interest or for the protection of investors, it may revoke any exemption under this Subdivision, subject to such conditions as it thinks fit.
(2)
The Authority may revoke an exemption under subsection (1) without giving the person affected by the revocation an opportunity to be heard, but the person may, within 14 days of the revocation, apply to the Authority for the revocation to be reviewed by the Authority, and the revocation shall remain in effect unless it is withdrawn by the Authority.
(3)
A revocation made under this section shall be final and conclusive and there shall be no appeal therefrom.
