Clause 308

Transactions under exempted offers or invitations subject to Division 2 of Part XII of the Companies Act and Part XII of this Act

For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that in relation to any transaction carried out under an exempted offer or invitation under this Part, nothing in this Part shall limit or diminish any liability which any person may incur in respect of any relevant offence under Division 2 of Part XII of the Companies Act or Part XII of this Act or any penalty, award of compensation or punishment in respect of any such offence.
