Clause 340

The Minister may by order publish in the Gazette, amend, add to or vary the First, Second and Third Schedules.

The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions to the Act as may be necessary or expedient.

Any order made under subsection (1) shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.

The Authority may, by regulations, provide that the definitions in the Second Schedule shall not apply to such person, capital markets product or class of persons or capital markets products as may be prescribed.
