Application of provisions to person granted an exemption under section 5 (3) or 6 (3) or person operating an exempt market
The Authority may, if it thinks fit, apply any of the provisions in Divisions 2 and 4, with the necessary modifications, to any person who is granted an exemption under section 5(3) or 6(3) or person operating an exempt market.
