Clause 2

by deleting the words “, Securities Industry Act (Cap. 289) or Futures Trading Act (Cap. 116),” in the 5th, 6th and 7th lines of subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “or Securities and Futures Act 2001”;

by deleting the words “or company engaged primarily in the business of export credit insurance” in the 3rd and 4th lines of subsection (7); and (c)by deleting the words “, organisation or company” in the 5th and in the penultimate and last lines of subsection (7) and substituting in each case the words “or organisation”.
