Application to references under statutory powers
This Act shall apply in relation to every arbitration under any other written law (other than the International Arbitration Act (Cap. 143A)), as if the arbitration were commenced pursuant to an arbitration agreement, except in so far as this Act is inconsistent with that other written law.
