Amendment of section 84
Section 84(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “not more than 40 advocates and solicitors (whether in practice or not) and not more than 40 lay persons” at the end thereof and substituting the words “such number of advocates and solicitors (whether in practice or not) and lay persons as the Chief Justice may determine”.
