Amendment of section 12

Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “instruction” in subsection (1)(d), the words “and kept such dining terms”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “instruction” in the 3rd line of subsection (2), the words “, keeping such dining terms”.
