Related amendment to Small Claims Tribunals Act
Section 23(2) of the Small Claims Tribunals Act (Cap. 308) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:“(f)the Council of the Singapore Business Federation as referred to in the Singapore Business Federation Act 2001, one of the members of the Council or any employee of the Federation duly authorised by the Council may present the case on the Council’s behalf;”; and
(b)
by re-lettering the existing paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) as paragraphs (g), (h) and (i), respectively.
