Clause 6
Appointment of Board
(1)
The Minister shall appoint the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Business Federation, which shall consist of such number of trustees as the Minister thinks fit.
(2)
The Minister may appoint one of the trustees on the Board to be the Chairman.
(3)
The Chairman and every other trustee on the Board shall hold office on such terms and conditions and for such period as the Minister may determine.
(4)
The Minister may, at any time, remove or replace any trustee on the Board and appoint new or additional trustees to the Board.
