Clause 5
Constitution of Board
(1)
The Board shall consist of the following members:
(a)
a Chairman; and
(b)
such other members, not being less than 5 or more than 10, as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(2)
The First Schedule shall have effect as respects the Board, its members and proceedings.
