Certificate of Chief Executive to be evidence of certain facts
In any proceedings for an offence under this Act, a certificate purporting to be signed by the Chief Executive and stating that any person described in the certificate is or is not granted a licence or approval under this Act, shall be sufficient evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
