In any written law —

(a)

a reference to the repealed Public Utilities Act (Cap. 261) shall be read as a reference to this Act;

(b)

a reference to the Director of Sewerage and Drainage, the Sewerage Department or the Drainage Department shall be read as a reference to the Board.
