Clause 2

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“accreditation, certification or inspection mark” means any accreditation, certification or inspection mark of the Agency specified under section 12(b);“Agency” means the National Environment Agency established under section 3;“appointed day” means the date of commencement of this Act;“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Agency and includes a temporary Chairman of the Agency;“chief executive” means the chief executive of the Agency appointed under section 16 and includes any person acting in that capacity;“Deputy Chairman” means the Deputy Chairman of the Agency and includes a temporary Deputy Chairman of the Agency;“member” means a member of the Agency and includes a temporary member of the Agency.
