Insofar as is necessary for preserving the effect of any written law or document on or after the appointed day —
(a)
a reference therein to the Commissioner of Public Health shall be read as a reference to the Director-General of Public Health appointed under the Environmental Public Health Act (Cap. 95);
(b)
a reference therein to the Director of Environmental Pollution Control shall be read as a reference to the Director-General of Environmental Protection; and
(c)
a reference therein to the Director of Meteorological Service shall be read as a reference to the Director-General of Meteorological Service.
