Clause 5
Membership of Agency
(1)
The Agency shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman; and (c)not less than 5 but not more than 12 other members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may appoint the chief executive to be a member.
