Clause 26

by deleting the words “certificate of every registration of a charge and the certificate” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “notice to the company concerned of the registration of a charge and the notice”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Upon the application of the company and payment of the prescribed fee, the Registrar shall issue to the company a certificate, under his hand and seal, confirming the registration of the charge and the certificate shall be conclusive evidence that the requirements as to registration have been complied with.”.
