Amendment of section 203
Section 203 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “and if it is a holding company, consolidated accounts” in the 2nd and 3rd lines of subsection (1) and substituting the words “or, if it is a holding company, a copy of the consolidated accounts and balance-sheet”;
(b)
by deleting the words “or consolidated accounts” in the 3rd line of subsection (2) and substituting the words “, or consolidated accounts and balance-sheet”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “and consolidated accounts (if any)” in the 8th line of subsection (2) and substituting the words “, or a copy of the consolidated accounts and balance-sheet, as the case may be”.
