Amendment of section 276
Section 276(6) of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the words “an office copy of the order” in the 5th line, the words “a copy of the order and”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Official Receiver,” in the 7th line, the word “respectively,”.
