Clause 44

Section 279 of the Companies Act is amended by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) A copy of an order made under this section and an office copy of such an order shall be lodged by the company with the Registrar and the Official Receiver, respectively, within 14 days after the making of the order.”.
