Amendment of section 332
Section 332(6) of the Companies Act is amended by deleting the words “an office copy thereof being lodged with the Registrar and with the Official Receiver” in the 11th and 12th lines and substituting the words “a copy thereof and an office copy thereof being lodged with the Registrar and the Official Receiver, respectively,”.
