Clause 54

Section 372 of the Companies Act is amended by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) If a foreign company not having a share capital changes the number of its members so that it is different from the registered number, the company shall, within one month after the date on which the change was resolved or took place, lodge with the Registrar notice of the change in the prescribed form.”.
