Section 398 of the Companies Act is amended by deleting the words “shall be” in the 2nd line and substituting the words “issued under this Act in force before the date of commencement of section 8 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2002, a notice of incorporation issued by the Registrar under this Act, and a certificate of confirmation of incorporation under the hand and seal of the Registrar issued under this Act, shall each be”.
