Amendment of section 12B
Section 12B(2) of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “shall” in the 2nd line and substituting the word “may”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “a copy of the Court application and the affidavits in support thereof” in the penultimate and last lines and substituting the words “and a copy of the Court application”.
