Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2), the Registrar may, in such circumstances as may be prescribed and upon receipt of a notice made by any person in the prescribed manner, rectify any particulars furnished under this Act or the register accordingly.”.
