Clause 9

Amendment of section 12

Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “statement” in the 5th line of subsection (1), the words “in such medium and”; (b)by deleting the words “signed and verified in like manner as the statement required for the purposes of registration” in the 6th, penultimate and last lines of subsection (1) and substituting the words “and containing such other information as may be prescribed”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “and (4)” in subsection (5).
