Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “this section” in subsection (1), the words “or granted under section 21”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “broadcasting licence” in subsection (2), the words “, other than a class licence,”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “free-to-air licence” in the 2nd line of subsection (4), the words “granted under this section”.
