Clause 1

Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the National Science and Technology Board (Amendment) Act 2002 and shall, with the exception of sections 6, 8(b), 9 and 10, be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2002.(2) Sections 6, 8(b), 9 and 10 shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
