Clause 4

Amendment of section 2

Section 2 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the definition of “Board” and substituting the following definition:“ “Agency” means the Agency for Science, Technology and Research established under section 3;”; and

(b)

by deleting the definition of “Council”.
