Miscellaneous amendments

The principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately above section 1, the following heading:“PART IPRELIMINARY”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately below section 2, the following heading:“PART IIAPPOINTMENT OF STAFF AND PERSONNEL MATTERS”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately above section 5, the following heading:“PART IIIOFFENCES AND PENALTIES”;

(d)

by inserting, immediately below section 14, the following heading:“PART IVPOWERS OF ARREST AND INVESTIGATION”;

(e)

by inserting, immediately below section 22, the following heading:“PART VEVIDENCE”; and

(f)

by inserting, immediately below section 25, the following heading:“PART VIMISCELLANEOUS”.
