Amendment of section 38
Section 38 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “declaration” in subsection (6), the words “, and notify the objector accordingly”; (b)by inserting, immediately after the words “Valuation Review Board” in subsection (7), the words “within 21 days of the Comptroller notifying him of the decision under subsection (6)”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Valuation Review Board” in the 3rd line of subsection (8)(f), the words “within 21 days of such decision”.
