Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the licensing authority” in the 1st and 2nd lines and substituting the words “an authorised person or the Licensing Officer”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the licensing authority” in the marginal note and substituting the words “authorised person or Licensing Officer”.
