Amendment of section 41
Section 41 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or the master of the vessel,” in the 9th line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “the master of the vessel, the pilot-in-command of the aircraft”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “master” in the 1st line of subsection (2), the word “, pilot-in-command”.
