Amendment of section 77

Section 77(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “thereto” in paragraph (a), the words “, including by electronic or other means”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “securities” in the 4th line of paragraph (n), the words “, and depositing in such fixed deposit accounts,”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (q), the following paragraph:“(qa)to prescribe the fees and charges that may be levied by the Board for the purposes of this Act;”.
