Clause 1

Short title, commencement and application

This Act may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 2002 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Sections 3, 5, 6(b), 9(c), (d) and (e), 10 and 11 shall not apply to instruments made before the date of commencement of this Act.
