Clause 13

In this Part, “premises” means any land, place or building, whether open or enclosed, and whether built on or not, and includes any free trade zone within the meaning of the Free Trade Zones Act (Cap. 114).

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Part shall have effect notwithstanding the provisions of the Free Trade Zones Act.
