Clause 37

Amendment of Schedule

The Minister may at any time, by order published in the Gazette, amend the Schedule, or add to it —

(a)

any military goods or goods capable of military application; or

(b)

any technology the sole or predominant function of which is to develop, produce or operate any such goods.
