Clause 10

Section 94 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) Where a motor vehicle or trailer is weighed under this section, a certificate of weight shall be given to the person in charge of the motor vehicle by the person who carried out the weighing of the vehicle.”.
