Amendment of section 2

Section 2(1) of the Road Traffic Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Minister for Communications” in paragraphs (a) and (c) of the definition of “Minister” and substituting in each case the words “Minister for Transport”; and

(b)

by deleting the definition of “trishaw”.
