Amendment of section 34A
Section 34A of the principal Act is amended by deleting the definition of “authorised officer” and substituting the following definition:“ “authorised officer” means any employee of the Authority, or any other person, who is duly authorised by the Registrar in writing to carry out any particular function or to exercise any particular power under this Part;”.
