Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (5), the following subsection:“(6) The Medical Council may refuse to grant a practising certificate to a registered medical practitioner, or may refuse to renew his practising certificate, if the registered medical practitioner fails to comply with any condition that is prescribed by the Medical Council with the approval of the Minister for the purposes of this section.”.
