Clause 2

Section 2 of the Medical Registration Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately before the definition of “degree”, the following definitions:“ “certificate of experience” means a certificate granted under section 26;“conditional registration” means registration under section 20(3), 21(1) or (1A), 33A(1), 46(1) or 49(1) subject to such conditions as the Medical Council may think fit;”.
