Amendment of section 51

Section 51 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “and the Health Committee” in the 2nd and 3rd lines of subsection (1) and in the 3rd line of subsection (2) and substituting in each case the words “, the Health Committee and the Interim Orders Committees”.
