Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Trade Development Board (Amendment) Act 2002 and shall, with the exception of sections 8 and 9, be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2002.(2) Sections 8 and 9 shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
