Amendment of section 58
Section 58(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to both” and substituting the words “a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both”.
