Constitution of Agency
(1)
The Agency shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman; (b)a Deputy Chairman; and
(c)
not less than 8 but not more than 16 other members,all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may appoint the chief executive to be a member.
