Amendment of section 100
Section 100 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” in subsection (2), the words “or the requirements specified in any written direction”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “if the Authority considers it necessary in the public interest” in subsection (3)(c) and substituting the words “by the Authority”.
