Clause 108

Amendment of Second Schedule

Part II of the Second Schedule to the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or purchase of” in paragraph (a) of the definition of “securities financing” and substituting the words “, or the purchase of securities”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (ii) of the definition of “securities financing”.
