Clause 25

Amendment of section 57

Section 57(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “any dealings in securities or trading in futures contracts, any clearing arrangements for securities or futures contracts” and substituting the words “any transaction or class of transactions cleared or settled by the clearing house”.
